Bookings and contact

This website has no forms and no customer accounts. Appointments are booked on Planity, which processes your data under its own privacy policy. If you call the shop, your number is only used to answer your request.

Technical data (hosting)

The website host (Hostinger) records technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: according to the host's settings.

Site analytics (Google Analytics 4)

If you agree, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits and key clicks, such as clicks through to booking. No Google script is loaded before you consent. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred outside the European Union, including to the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing or request portability by writing to alekslaskowski@hotmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
